Terms for Returning Warranty Goods

• Returns are arranged with the manager via email at dzvinstore@ukr.net or through the form below.
• Please make sure to include the order number.
• The item was purchased from our online store, comes with a complete set, shows no signs of significant usage, and the warranty period for this item has not expired.

Conditions for Returning New Merchandise

• You have notified us at the email address: dzvinstore@ukr.net or through the form below and arranged for the return. Please make sure to include the order number.

• It has been less than 14 days since the shipment of the purchased item to you.
• The item has not been unpacked. Both the item and its packaging are in original condition.
• Refunds are processed within 1-5 days to the bank card used for payment.

Money Returns

Money returns are only possible if the product has a critical defect which could not have been inflicted by the shipping process, which Dzvin. is not responsible for. To start money return process you should first contact our manager at  dzvinstore@ukr.net and mention:

• Order number
• Reason for money return
• Photo or video proof of the defect
